We print in-house with both water-based and plastisol inks. Water-based inks give a soft, breathable finish that feels like part of the fabric. Plastisol inks deliver bold, vibrant colors that hold up through heavy use and repeated washing.
Our minimum is 24 pieces per order, or 12 pieces per color per design. This structure lets Portland businesses and teams order what they need without paying for excess inventory.
Ink, Explained
Water-Based Ink
Soft hand, breathable, feels like part of the fabric. Best for lightweight tees and retail merch where comfort matters. Works well on light and medium colors.
Plastisol Ink
Bold, opaque, durable. Takes a beating and holds color through repeated washing. Best for dark garments, workwear, and designs that need to pop. Standard for most screen printing.
We recommend which ink fits your garment, design, and how the apparel will be used. The choice affects hand feel and durability.
Pricing
1-color tees start around $11 each at 24 pieces. More colors, more print locations, and heavier garments add to that base. 2XL is +$3 per piece, 3XL and up is +$5 per piece.
What changes the price: quantity (more pieces lowers the per-piece cost), number of ink colors, print locations (front, back, sleeve, pocket), garment type (hoodies cost more than tees), and specialty techniques like oversized prints or discharge inks.

Artwork
Send us AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG files if you have them. Vector files work best for screen printing because they scale without losing quality. Raster files (PNG, JPG) should be at least 300 DPI at the size you want printed.
No artwork? We can build it from scratch. Tell us what you want and we will create print-ready files. The design files are yours to keep and reuse. Design help is included in the project, not billed separately.
