Getting the Insignia Right
Send us your patch, an old shirt, or a photo. We clean up the art, vectorize it if needed, and build the print-ready file. You get a digital proof that shows exactly what will print, at the correct size and placement.
Your officer, union representative, or designated point of contact reviews the proof. If the insignia is wrong, we fix it. If the local number is wrong, we fix it. Production does not start until the proof is approved in writing.
We are not union labor. We cannot print a union bug. We respect locals that require it and understand if that disqualifies us from your order. For locals that do not require a bug, we print with the same care and attention to detail.

Yes. Send us your patch, an old shirt, or a photo. We will clean up the art and your officer or union representative signs off on the proof before anything goes to press.
Are you union labor? Can you print a union bug?
No. We are not union labor and cannot print a union bug. We respect locals that require it and understand if that disqualifies us from your order.
What information do you need for local shirts?
Union name (IAFF, PFFA), local number, city, and any patches or insignia you want printed. Station shirts need station number, shift identifier if applicable, and department name.
How do you handle memorial shirts?
With care and respect. We work directly with the family liaison or memorial committee to get the design right. Production timeline is the same (10-14 business days), but we prioritize proof turnaround.
Can you do duty names on the back?
Yes. Individual names, nicknames, or duty positions can be printed on the back. Each name adds to the setup and printing cost depending on the quantity and complexity.
Do you ship to fire stations out of state?
Yes. We ship nationwide. Portland locals can pick up at our Kenton location. Out-of-state departments receive shipments direct to the station.
