Your First Gym Order
Start with 24 tees in one color. Most gyms order heavy on M and L, with a few S, XL, and 2XL. We will help you set the size split based on your academy size and member demographics.
Portland gyms often start with member tees, then come back for instructor shirts, kids program shirts, or comp team hoodies. We keep your art on file, so reorders are fast. Same design, new sizes, or new colorways.

What is your minimum order for BJJ gym shirts?
Our minimum is 24 pieces per order, or 12 pieces per color per design. This allows Portland gyms to order member apparel without committing to massive inventory.
What sizes do you offer for gym apparel?
We print on sizes from youth XS through adult 5XL. This covers kids programs through adult members. 2XL is +$3, 3XL and up is +$5 per piece.
Can members order individually?
Our model is bulk orders placed by the gym. Members can't order individually through us, but we can help set up pre-order systems where the gym collects orders and we fulfill the batch.
Do you print rashguards or fight shorts?
We focus on screen printing for t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel. Rashguards and fight shorts typically require sublimation or specialty athletic printing, which is outside our wheelhouse.
How long does it take to get our gym apparel?
Standard turnaround is 10-14 business days after payment is received and artwork is approved. Production begins once payment clears.
Can you ship to gyms outside Portland?
Yes. We ship nationwide. Portland gyms can pick up at our Kenton location. Out-of-state gyms receive shipments direct to their academy.
Do you offer woven labels or tags?
Yes. We can add woven sleeve labels, hem labels, and sewn cuff tags to crewnecks and beanies. This creates retail-quality gym merchandise that members want to wear outside class.
