Season Timing
Order about 3 weeks before the first game or event. Production is 10-14 business days after payment and art approval. Add time for proofing, collecting sizes from families, and distributing the finished shirts. Do not order the week before your season starts.
For repeat teams, we can match last year's shirts. Send us an old one and we will match the blank and colors as closely as garment availability allows. This keeps your team look consistent year over year.
Youth sizes run youth XS through youth XL. Adult sizes run adult S through 5XL. Most teams order heavy on youth M and youth L, with adult S through XL for parents and coaches. We help you set the size split based on your roster and whether you are selling to families or just outfitting players.

What is your minimum order for school team shirts?
Our minimum is 24 pieces per order, or 12 pieces per color per design. This works for small teams, youth programs, and school fundraisers without requiring massive quantities.
Do you offer youth sizes?
Yes. We print on sizes from youth XS through adult 5XL. This covers elementary through high school athletes and parent fan wear. 2XL is +$3, 3XL and up is +$5 per piece.
Can you print names and numbers on jerseys?
We focus on screen printing, which works best for team designs without individual customization. For names and numbers on each jersey, you would need a shop that specializes in athletic lettering or heat transfer.
Can parents order individually?
Our model is bulk orders. Parents cannot order one-offs through us. However, we can help set up pre-order systems where the team or school collects orders and sizes, then we print the full batch.
How do fundraisers and pre-orders work?
The team or school collects orders and payment from families ahead of time. Once you have the final count and sizes, you place the bulk order with us. We print and deliver to one location (the school or team coordinator), then you distribute.
